Dominic Gaietto is a versatile low brass performer who values musicianship and creativity in both performance and education. Dominic holds a B.M. degree in Music Performance from Ball State University where he studied with John Seidel and Mark Buselli and an M.M. in Music Performance from The University of Minnesota studying with Thomas Ashworth. He is currently the lead trombonist with touring musical “In the Mood”, a revue of the music of the big band era. He has performed professionally on alto, tenor, and bass trombone in orchestras, wind bands, brass quintets, and big bands. Dominic has extensively studied euphonium and jazz improvisation as well as music theory and arranging.
